Wetlands & Wildlife is governed by eight Directors elected by the Shareholders for terms of up to four years. Directors retire by rotation but are eligible for re-election and there is no limit on the number of times they can be re-elected. The Chairman is elected by the Directors; they also appoint the secretary who is not a Director.
